Ivy Galanis is a California-based multidisciplinary designer working at the intersection of digital and physical design. With over eight years of experience across creative direction, set decoration, and experiential environments, I specialize in helping production teams transform concepts into fully realized, immersive worlds. My practice moves fluidly between ideation and execution, equally grounded in hands-on fabrication and high-level visual strategy.
Known for my surrealist lens and instinct for atmosphere, I create environments where fantasy and reality collide. My work often explores a high-femme dreamworld. Layered with texture, color, and narrative-- then translated into tangible spaces through prop fabrication, scenic painting, and installation. Whether leading creative teams or building alongside them, I bring clarity, adaptability, and a strong visual point of view to every stage of production.
